Clients reviews about Lawn Doctor of Provo-Spanish Fork-Orem

After trying two other lawn care companies with disappointing results, I finally decided to give Lawn Doctor a shot, and I'm glad I did. They are the third company I've hired to help improve my lawn, and they are the first one that has actually delivered noticeable results. My lawn is greener, thicker, and healthier than it has been in years. The difference has been obvious! What I appreciate most is that they seem to have a system that actually works. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and their treatments have made a real impact. It's refreshing to work with a company that does what they promise. If you've been frustrated with other lawn care providers and are looking for a company that can actually improve your lawn, I would definitely recommend Lawn Doctor. So far, I couldn't be happier with the results. ~ David L

Hunter was great! The entire team at Lawn Doctor has been amazing. Great communication and even better services and knowledge. We fired our old provider last year because our grass was dying everywhere and their answer was to water more. Terra and team answered my call early this Spring, came out and immediately identified the problem as grubs. We worked out a plan to remove dead grass to bare dirt, treat it and then utilize a combination of aeration/power raking and over-seeding. Our entire lawn looks better than the day the sod came now. Thank you again! I will try and get some before and after photos just to show how bad it really was just a few months ago. ~ Tadd P

For the past 10 years, I have used several local lawn care companies to maintain my lawn. I never did get the desired results, in fact my lawn tended to get worse year after year,. At the beginning of last year I switched to the Lawn Doctors. . At the end of this year my lawn has never looked so healthy and green. Both Hunter and Kasin We’re fantastic to work with, they always left detailed instructions on how to do aftercare, Always on time and we’re professional in every way. Based on the results, I would definitely recommend the Lawn Doctors for any of your lawn care needs. They are truly the best that I have worked with! ~ Jeff O

I am amazed at the care and attention Lawn Doctor gave to me. I asked them to come out and look at my lawn, and rather than upselling me on services, the owner, Terra, called me directly and explained her recommendations for the lawn. Those recommendations meant that the service I had Lawn Doctor come out for didn't happen, and they didn't charge me for the trip. This level of service and integrity is so rare today, and not only is Terra and her son extremely knowledgable, I trust them completely and will be using them from now on for all my lawn care needs. ~ Andrew L

We initially had Lawn Doctor out because we had let weeds completely grow out of hand in our back yard. We had thistle almost as tall as our (6 foot) fence. They came out, took their time explaining their processes and were quick but detail oriented about the job. We didn’t realize how many other services they have so we have scheduled aeration and fertilizing with them for spring (this review is in December). I own a small business so I’m quick to criticize how businesses conduct themselves. Without hesitation, I highly recommend these guys. Give them a shot, you’ll never look back! ~ Bo C

Very knowledgeable and professional group. Kasin and Hunter were great to work with. They showed up as scheduled, explained what they were doing, and did a great job applying the treatment. My lawn has been under attack this year with morning glory and grubs, so I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the coming weeks. So far, I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and service from Lawn Doctor of Provo-Spanish Fork-Orem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help getting their lawn back in shape. ~ Jeremy R

This is our first season with the Lawn Doctor and we have been very pleased with their services. They were very thorough in detailing their lawn treatment program, offering fair pricing and standing behind their product. Hunter, our Technician, has been great. He regularly provides advance notice prior to his arrival, is responsive to any questions and concerns we may have. He's also very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend the Lawn Doctor to anyone seeking lawn care services. ~ Greg W

I’ve been using Lawn Doctor’s multi-step lawn fertilizer and weed control program, and my yard has never looked better. The team is very professional and really knows their stuff, and I love that they customize their approach to fit my lawn’s specific needs. Their customer service feels genuine and friendly, with a local team that’s super responsive (they even text back right away if I have a question). It’s been such a positive experience overall. The owners Terra & Ty are the most genuine and nicest people ever and they just want to make sure your happy. Lawn Doctor was so great to work with. Kasin came out and was so friendly and professional. Helped reassure me about the whole process. I cherish my lawn and wanted the best help! Turns out that I had grubs and had no idea. Kasin helped discover those and helped me with a plan to get rid of them! Can’t wait to see my lawn next spring after the aerate and re-seed! Something so satisfying about a nice green lush lawn and lawn doctor helped me get there. Highly recommend. ~ Heather N

We’ve had the Lawn Doctor treat two of our properties over the years and the difference is NOTICEABLE. Like the kind of lush, thick, green grass us poor kids envied from our rich neighbors when we were little. My family loves going barefoot in our lawn because of the love and expertise Terra and Hunter put into it. Small, family owned business; they are responsive, professional, and super knowledgeable. Plus literally have the friendliest vibes. They have our business for life! ~ Rachael D

I have always struggled keeping my lawn green through the Utah summer heat. I finally decided to swallow my pride and pay for a professional service. After rifling through the many companies I decided on Lawn Doctor. And boy did it pay off. I finally see a green, healthy lawn every time I pull up to my house. Lawn doctor is 100% worth it. I would have no other company service my lawn. ~ Tyson E

Hunter and Dawson showed up today. Very friendly young men and answered my questions. Hunter seems very knowledgeable and offered to spray some weeds in my large flower bed. I appreciate these guys as they're always very polite and friendly. I can leave my home and know that they will do the job right. ~ Genaro A

Can’t recommend these guys enough! VERY pleased with the service! We had struggled with bad weeds in our yard for years and nothing we tried was helping. After just one service from Lawn Doctor, we saw almost immediate results. Can’t wait for the second service to completely eradicate all the weeds so my grass can GROW! ~ Drew “

Terra and her team does an amazing job of providing excellent lawn care health! Our grass at our Salem house went from yellowish, with a few weeds and some grub worms to lush green and healthy. I also appreciate Terra's clear and consistent communication. Super easy to reach, quick and thoughtful in her response! Thx Terra! ~ don k

Thank you Hunter! We are very pleased with our lawn. It has been patchy in the front for years due to the previous homeowners throwing sod on the frozen ground to attract buyers. We tried fixing it ourselves, even tried other lawn companies. Lawn Doctor is the first to succeed in giving us a lush, thick lawn. ~ Cami J

The best! We had the thorny weeds start growing. I called a different company. They stated they sprayed weed control. About 5 days later noticed so many new weeds! I called the lawn doctor and they came out that day to treat our lawn. Within a couple days the weeds were dead! I picked every one out and have seen ZERO new weeds since! ~ Lauren

To have had other lawn care companies try to help me keep a nice lawn. I even switched to doing it myself for a number of years but Lawn Doctor came in and took that problem off my hands and did better than I could do. I highly recommend them. They are communicative and the results speak for themselves! ~ Ryan C

We signed up a bit late this season but they have taken such good care of our lawn (which was a disaster). Hunter noticed we had grubs and had missed the preventative treatment for this. He gave us the curative treatment for free! They have been great, will definitely be signing up for next season! ~ Kaitlyn B

Today Lawn Doctor came out and over seeded my front lawn. This service is remarkable. Six months ago my lawn looked patchy and barely alive. After an assessment visit a plan was developed and now 6 months later my lawn is amazing. I love this company. ~ Dave b

Hunter has been taking care of our lawn this year and he has been great to work with. Our lawn looks great! He’s always on time and professional. He also stopped for a minute once to help me carry some packages up to my porch, which I thought was so kind of him. Highly recommend Lawn Doctor! ~ Tana H
